“Slobozhanshchyna” is a vyshyvanka dress made of white linen-cotton cloth by DNK Natsii (ДНК Нації), a Ukrainian brand that designs and sews vyshyvankas in Ukraine. The embroidery is done by machine in cross-stitch.
This vyshyvanka dress reflects the spirit of the free steppes; its ornament brings to life the resilience and soul of eastern Ukraine. White linen-cotton makes it a natural choice as a white Ukrainian embroidered dress for weddings and holidays.
The ornament of “Slobozhanshchyna” is recreated from the motifs of an antique shirt from Slobozhanshchyna. Pictured: the dress with sash No. 5.
