DELIVERY

- We deliver within Ukraine and abroad.

Within Ukraine, orders are shipped by the “Nova Poshta” delivery service (to a branch, by courier or to a parcel locker). - from 80 UAH

International delivery is handled by the logistics operator Nova Post. Delivery time — from 3 days after the order is dispatched (production time is counted separately). Delivery cost - from 345 UAH

The cost of delivery abroad depends on the postal operator’s rates and is paid by the customer before the item is dispatched.

— Items are dispatched within 1–3 days if in stock. If an item is not in stock, the production time is up to 14 days.

— Free delivery within Ukraine to a branch for orders from 9000 UAH placed on the website

— Cash on delivery (payment on receipt — additional Nova Poshta fee: 2% of the amount (minimum 20 UAH). This fee is charged by the carrier for the delivery and money transfer services.

PAYMENT

When placing an order on the website, in the cart, you can choose the payment method that suits you:

— Online payment (Mastercard / Visa / Apple Pay / Google Pay / 24pay)

— Bank transfer (payment to our business bank account)

— Request a payment link from our manager (for international

transfers in many currencies)

— Cash on delivery [200 UAH booking deposit] at a “Nova Poshta” branch for delivery within Ukraine: 200 UAH is paid when placing the order, and the rest on receipt. If you choose cash on delivery, the carrier Nova Poshta charges an additional money transfer fee (2% of the amount + 20 UAH)

— The booking deposit covers packaging and delivery costs; if you refuse to collect the parcel at the post office, the booking deposit is not refunded.
