Exchanges and Returns

An exchange or return can be made within 14 days of receiving the order. The item must retain its original condition (no signs of use, damage or dirt), and the textile labels must be kept.

For an exchange

- contact our manager via Viber/Telegram at +380 97 046 17 85 or send a message on Facebook or Instagram;

— tell us the model or size you would like to exchange for;

— to return an item with free delivery, use Nova Poshta’s “Easy Return” service; more information at: novaposhta.ua/lp/. Otherwise, delivery is paid by the customer, and the item is sent to the address provided by the manager

— as soon as the items have been received and inspected, our team will pack and send you the new order, provided the selected item does not need to be made.

Refunds are made within 15–20 days after the store receives the item.
