“Cheremosh (1)” is a vyshyvanka dress made of linen in the colour of unbleached cloth by DNK Natsii (ДНК Нації), a Ukrainian brand that designs and sews vyshyvankas in Ukraine. The embroidery is done by machine in cross-stitch.
This vyshyvanka dress is an elegant blend of traditional Ukrainian art and modern comfort. Linen in the colour of unbleached cloth and a loose cut give it the calm look of a Ukrainian traditional dress for women, made for everyday life.
The ornament decorating “Cheremosh” is recreated from the motifs of an antique shirt from Eastern Podillia. Pictured: the dress with sash (kraika) No. 9.
